What we collect and why
We keep this simple: the only personal information this website asks you for is what you type into the contact form.
- Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. We use this only to answer you.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this website. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have specifically asked us to.
Cookies
This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function, plus cookies used by our caching system to serve pages faster. If you log in as an administrator, WordPress may store additional cookies for that purpose. No cookie on this site is used to track you across other websites.
Online booking
Appointments are booked through Booker, a third-party scheduling service. When you click “Book now” you leave this website, and any details you enter there — including payment information — are handled by Booker under their own privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep your information
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our email account for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you, and are deleted when no longer needed. Appointment and treatment records are kept in our booking system for as long as required for client care and by California law.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that make this site and our bookings work: our web host, our email provider and Booker. We do not share it with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, call us at 951-692-3535 or use the contact form, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date below.
